Laurie M. Davison, 42

Silverdale resident Laurie M. Davison died July 6, 2004 in Bremerton. She was 42.

Davison was born to Leon J. and Renata “Rae” E. (von Weiss) Yragui in Portland, Ore. on April 14, 1962.

She married Wayne “Pat” M. Davison on July 27, 1984 in Vancouver.

Davison graduated from St. Mary’s of the Valley Catholic High School in Beaverton, Ore. in 1980 and attended the Brookline Culinary Institute of Boston, Mass.

She was a member of the Model A Ford Club of Tacoma and enjoyed crafts, cooking, salmon fishing, crabbing, quilting and counseling friends and family.

She was a member of St. Olaf’s Catholic Church of Poulsbo.

Davison is survived by her husband Wayne “Pat” M. Davison of Silverdale; daughter Rita R. Davison of Spokane; brothers Jim B. (Joan) Yragui of Seattle, Tom J. Yragui of Ventura, Calif. and Joseph J. Yragui of Newberg, Ore; sister Lisa R. Yragui of Portland, Ore.; parents Leon J. and Renata “Rae” E. Yragui of Portland, Ore.; and a nephew and a niece.

A memorial Mass was held July 11 at St. Olaf’s Catholic Church of Poulsbo. A memorial service was held July 12 at St. Olaf’s. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of The Stone Chapel at Cherry Grove Memorial Park of Poulsbo.
