Jason Robert Phelps of Westport, WA died July 20th at the age of 46 years old. Jason was born May 12th 1973 in Wichita Falls, Texas.

Jason loved the outdoors, fishing, and all sports. He enjoyed his years playing soccer and was part of the 1993 NWAC championship team at Skagit Valley Community College.

Jason served his country in the USAF as a Radio and Broadcasting Journeyman and received many service medals and awards while serving in the Air Force.

He was preceded in death by his mother Teresa Lynn (Tate) Phelps. He is survived by his father Stephen Phelps, brother Shawn Phelps, sister Melissa Jean (Phelps) Pritchow, Angela Phelps and daughter Ashley Phelps.

Jason will be missed but not forgotten.
