Ethelann Cannon, 73

Poulsbo resident Ethelann Cannon died Dec. 19, 2005 in Bremerton. She was 73.

Cannon was born to Bjarne and Pauline Rindal in Seattle on May 10, 1932.

She married Kenneth Cannon on Sept. 2, 1955 in Poulsbo.

Cannon graduated from Puget Sound College and the University of Washington School of Nursing.

She loved all that is beautiful in life, especially hiking, swimming, literature and the arts.

She is survived by son Peter Cannon of Friday Harbor; daughters Polly Cannon of Poulsbo and Mary Cannon (Joe Hanson) of Salt Lake City, Utah; brother Barney (Loretta) Rindal of Bainbridge Island; mother Pauline Rindal of Poulsbo and a grandson.

She was preceded in death by her husband Ken Cannon and father Bjarne Rindal.

A celebration of her life will be held Dec. 29 at the Sons of Norway in Poulsbo.
