Catherine O’Brien, longtime Poulsbo resident, passed away peacefully on November 29, 2019. Cathy was born in Everett, WA, September 19, 1944, the second child of Nell and Vince O’ Brien. Her family moved to Kingston in 1955, where she attended elementary and middle school, and later, St Joseph Catholic School.

Cathy was a bright and cheerful person who enjoyed her friends and family, and a long career as a medical care provider.

Cathy’s parents and brother, David passed preceded her. Cathy’s memory will live on with her siblings, Nancy O’Brien McDonald and family of Edmonds, Jane O’Brien Woodward and family of Indianola, Mary O’Brien Bruce and family of Albuquerque, MN, and John O’Brien and family of Sequim; and special friends, Shell Grantham and Clint Fagan.

A memorial service for Cathy will be held Sunday, December 15th at 2:00pm, at Living Hope Church in Indianola. Inurnment will be at Kingston Community Cemetery. An online memorial can be see at www.poulsbomortuary.com
