Vegetation control spraying this week

City of Port Orchard says work will be completed by Friday

PORT ORCHARD — Beginning Monday, the City of Port Orchard will be conducting a citywide annual spring spraying for vegetation control.

The products to be applied to control vegetation and weeds include Crossbow, Element4 and Finale. None of the products contain glycophosphate, according to city officials.

The work is expected to be completed by the end of the day on Friday, May 3. For more information, contact the city’s public works department at 360-876-4991.
