PORT ORCHARD — This youngster waits in line for a taste treat at last year’s annual Taste of Port Orchard celebration. Sponsored by the Port Orchard Bay Street Association, the event will run from noon until 5 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 3. Food samplers will be available while supplies last.
