POULSBO — Kitsap News Group intern Ian A. Snively caught up with Poulsbo mayoral candidate Ricky D. Moon after the Kingston Fourth of July Parade and talked with him about his campaign and the issues.

Moon, a building contractor, is challenging Mayor Becky Erickson in the Nov. 7 general election. Erickson is seeking a third term.
