Poulsbo man arrested for possession of child porn

A 25-year-old Poulsbo man has been arrested on charges of suspicion of possession of child pornography.

Liam Stoulil was arrested Jan. 14 after Poulsbo police received a cybertip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, that he had uploaded several images via Google drive depicting children, between the ages of 2 and 7, engaging in sexual acts.

The images were allegedly uploaded in early September, but in late September a co-worker of Stoulil’s told police that Stoulil had allegedly told him that his Google drive had been shut down and that Stoulil suspected it was because he had uploaded the illicit images. The co-worker unnerved by the confession, encouraged Stoulil to turn himself into the police.

Poulsbo police received the tip from NCMEC Nov. 1 and petitioned the Kitsap County court for a search warrant for Stoulil’s home and computer.

On Dec. 2, police were able to view Stoulil’s Tumblr page, of which he had several user names such as Incendiaryafro-blog-blog, justtryitout4stroke, h3h3-bronyfest, legalenmineeyes and pansexualdelight. Police found hundreds more photos of child porn as well as conversations Stoulil had with others trading videos and pictures of children.

After his arrest , while being interviewed by police, Stoulil allegedly admitted to knowing why he was being arrested and confessing to uploading and sharing said images and admitted he had been viewing images like them since he was in his teens.

Stoulil was booked into the Kitsap County jail with a $50,000 bail and will be facing trial.
