Port Orchard Boulevard closed until 4 p.m. today

The closure is needed for storm cleanup and hazardous tree removal.

PORT ORCHARD — Port Orchard Boulevard will be closed today until 4 p.m. for storm cleanup and hazardous tree removal, according to the city’s public works department.

The detour using High Street, Hull and Pottery Avenue continues to be in place.

The department said Port Orchard Boulevard may reopen sooner if work is completed ahead of schedule today.
