Physical therapists Bosh, Edwards earn certification

SILVERDALE — Physical therapists Thayne Bosh and Nathan Edwards have earned the professional designation of orthopedic certified specialists.

This board certification is granted by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialists. About 7 percent of physical therapists in the United States are board-certified in a specialty and only 4 percent of therapists are orthopedic certified specialists. Board certification involves a rigorous examination process and provides assurance to patients and the medical community of a therapist’s skills and abilities in their area. The two work at Kitsap Physical Therapy & Sports Clinics.
