One of the best: Seferos places eighth in beam | State Gymnastics Championship

TACOMA – Gymnast Chloe Seferos of North Kitsap placed eighth in beam at the WIAA 2A/3A State Gymnastics Championship, Feb. 21, in the Tacoma Dome.

Kayla Porter of Auburn/Mountainview finished first, scorijng 9.700. Seferos scored 9.175.

Seferos was one of four gymnasts from the North Kitsap School District to compete in the state gymnastics championship. The previous day, she placed 11th of 121 gymnasts to advance to the finals in beam.

It’s her second consecutive year finishing in the top 10 at state. In 2014, she finished sixth in beam.
