NKF&R hosting 9/11 breakfast

For the 16th time, members of North Kitsap Fire & Rescue will invite the public to remember the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks by joining firefighters and neighbors for a free breakfast from 7 to 10 a.m. at NKF&R’s headquarters near Kingston.

NKF&R will partner with the Suquamish Clearwater Casino Resort to provide food for the event and donations made during the breakfast will go to benefit the NKF&R Community Partnership Fund. The fund provides resources for emergency assistance to incident victims and their families, as well as other NKF&R-sponsored activities including charitable donations to honor the memory of those who lost their lives on 9/11.

NKF&R headquarters are located at 26642 Miller Bay Road NE.
