Missing Olalla woman taken into custody

Jesse Moore found Nov. 20 at South Kitsap residence

PORT ORCHARD — A South Kitsap woman previously listed as an endangered missing person was placed into the custody of the Kitsap County Sheriff’s Office earlier this week.

Jesse Aurelia Moore, 23, was found by sheriff’s deputies at around 8:45 p.m. on Nov. 20 inside a residence at the 14400 block of Colony Avenue Southeast in South Kitsap.

Moore was taken into custody and transported to Kitsap County Jail. She was booked on an outstanding felony arrest warrant.

The woman, who lived in Olalla, had been last seen Oct. 30 at the Kitsap County Courthouse. Deputy Scott Wilson reported at the time that Moore had a history of drug use and an undiagnosed mental health illness.
