Kitsap Transit will not operate services on Memorial Day

Kitsap Transit will not operate any service on Memorial Day, which is Monday, May 25.

Buses and ferries will not operate in order to help continue the prevention of the spread of the coronavirus as the statewide emergency order limits travel to essential trips only.

Services that will not run on Memorial Day include routed buses, worker/driver buses, commuter buses — which also includes the BI Ride, Kingston Ride, Kingston Ride Fast Ferry, SK Ride and the Purdy Connection — and local and fast ferries.

The temporarily reduced services will resume the following day, May 26.
