Kitsap County Superior Court cases

Naked photos of wife on internet

A 31-year-old Port Orchard man was in Kitsap County Superior Court April 21 facing four charges involving nude photos of his wife.

He faces a maximum of 10 years in prison and a $20,000 fine for dealing depictions of a minor; the same penalty for possessing depictions of another minor; five years in prison and a $10,000 fine for voyeurism; and a year in jail and a $5,000 fine for tampering with evidence.

Court documents show that Kitsap deputies went to Sabre Lane SE Sept. 12, 2024, at 10:15 a.m. A wife said she and her husband started dating when she was 16 and were married three years later. She had taken nude photos of herself and shared them with him. But he opened a Tumblr account called “thehottestgfever” and posted the photos, which had 300,000 followers.

On Yahoo, she found “Hotwife” and other sites, and he had been using email addresses like “waxingbabe” and “Dancegirl.” She said he would do his illicit work at night while she slept. The police report says it looked like the suspect was tipped off about the investigation as he did a factory reset of the phone, destroying any evidence. However, officers were able to obtain his cell records from a phone company.

The report also says images posted on Tumblr are replicated on mirroring sites like Porncore. Tumblr banned such photos in 2018, but the photos in this case had already been shared.
