— Possession of a controlled substance: On Aug. 7, a Kitsap man was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, in this case methamphetamine. He was had a felony complaint issued against him.
— Assault in the Third Degree: On Aug. 7, a Kitsap man was arrested and a felony complaint issued against the man for assaulting a health-care worker while the worker was attempting to perform her job.
— Possession of a controlled substance: On Aug. 6, a Kitsap man was arrested for possession of heroin.
— Illegal possession of a weapon: On Aug. 6, a convicted felon was arrested for illegal possession of a handgun.
— Auto theft: On Aug. 6, a Kitsap man was arrested for stealing a car belonging in a former friend.
— Fourth-degree assault: A criminal complaint was filed against a Kitsap man on Aug. 6 for assaulting his son with intent to do serious bodily harm.
— Violation of court order: A criminal complaint was filed against a Kitsap woman for violation of a court order prohibiting contact with her former spouse.
— Driving while license revoked or suspended: A 21-year-old woman in Kitsap faced a criminal complaint for driving with her license revoked.
— Driving with license suspended: A 29-year-old woman also had a criminal citation entered against her for driving with her license revoked.
— Driving Under the Influence: A 24-year-old Port Orchard man was arrested.
— Theft in the Third Degree: An 18-year-old man was caught shoplifting from a Safeway, earning him a charge of third-degree theft.
— Driving With License Revopked/Failure to attend alcohol treatment program: On Aug. 7, a Kitsap County woman was arrested and a criminal complaint issued for driving with her license revoked. She also was unable to furnish evidence that she had made any progress toward completion of a court-ordered alcohol treatment program.
— Fourth-Degree Assault: A 24-year-old Kitsap County woman assaulted her former partner on Aug. 6. She is facing a criminal complaint.
— Driving with License Suspended (Third degree): A 39-year-old Bremerton man faces a criminal complaint for driving with his license suspended.
— Fourth-Degree Assault (Special Circumstance, Domestic Violence): A 33-year-old Kitsap man was arrested and charged with domestic violence for assaulting his partner.
— Fourth-Degree Assault/Domestic Violence: This time it was a 36-year-old Kitsap man charged with assault for attacking his partner.
— Driving With a Suspended License: Still another case of driving with a suspended license on Aug. 7. The 26-year-old Bremerton man was served with a criminal citation.
