Haven’t received a primary election ballot?

It may be because you live in an area of Kitsap County with no primary races

PORT ORCHARD — Puzzled because you haven’t yet received your primary election ballot from Kitsap County’s Election Division?

That’s likely because you live in a part of the county that isn’t participating in the Aug. 6 primary election. Voters living within a swath of the western part of Kitsap County from Bremerton to Silverdale, as well as Bainbridge Island, were not sent ballots because there either aren’t seats up for election this fall in their jurisdiction or there aren’t more than two candidates running for a position in the primaries.
