GALLERY | Kites Over Kingston returns to the waterfront

KINGSTON — What began as a cold, cloudy northwest morning on March 24, soon gave way to sun and a consistent breeze, perfect for kite-flying during Windermere’s Kites Over Kingston at Mike Wallace Park on the Kingston waterfront.

Organizers said some 300 visitors attended the event throughout the day, either to partake in some aerobatic maneuvers or just watch as flyers danced their kites in the wind.

Here are some of our favorite photos from the event.
