Downtown Poulsbo restaurant to offer free meals to federal workers

The Burrata Bistro will be serving lunch on Jan. 27 to workers affected by the government shutdown

In support of active duty Coast Guard and civilian federal employees affected by the government shutdown, the Burrata Bistro in downtown Poulsbo will be offering a free lunch buffet from noon to 2:30 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 27.

Those hoping to enjoy a meal are asked to simply show their government identification, spouses and children are welcome as well.

The Burrata Bistro is located at 19006 Front Street NE in Poulsbo.
