At the end of the conversation, he requested sexual favors and she declined, stating that she had just gotten a boyfriend 10 minutes prior. During transport to jail, the man told a deputy that he may have sent the messages in his sleep. Bail was set at $50,000.

• A 26-year-old Bremerton man was charged with possession of methamphetamine. A deputy told the homeless, frail woman she needed to leave. The woman said she would not leave because she was waiting for someone to bring her cookies and would not leave until she received them. The woman had a history of being aggressive toward police. Deputies looked inside the store for the cookie-buyer and did not find them. They waited for a while and decided the woman’s story was unlikely. The woman became enraged when she was arrested, but was cordial and talkative during the ride to jail. She said she was a CIA agent and was actively working with all the other homeless people who are actually undercover agents. “Her stories were very erratic and far fetched,” the report stated. Bail was set at $75,000.

Witnesses saw the man toss his keys into the bushes after parking the car at the marijuana store. Police arrived and the man said his “friend” had been driving and that the tire blew, and that his friend then ran away and took the keys with him. When asked for the name of the friend, the man said it was “none of your damned business” or words to that effect. The man staggered as he walked. The man told a trooper that he would “blow a 1.27 … but I ain’t been drivin. I’m telling you, I feel a little drunk.” His BAC was .167. The man told the trooper that he hoped the report showed the trooper’s home address, “Because you wouldn’t want it to catch on fire or nothing like that.” Bail was set at $10,000.

• A 26-year-old Bremerton man was charged with DUI after he drove his red Volkswagen GTI through a red light and then crashed into a real estate sign near Danny’s BBQ in Silverdale April 30.
