Cornhole Classic finals to be played in downtown Port Orchard on Saturday

Finals event follows month-long preliminaries elimination rounds in the county

PORT ORCHARD — The Kitsap County Cornhole Classic finals competition will take place on Saturday, July 27, in downtown Port Orchard.

Cornhole is a pub game involving a board with a hole in it, two players and a bean bag.

The tournament is scheduled to begin at 12:30 p.m. at Waterfront Park.

Sponsored by the Port Orchard Chamber of Commerce, the event is a culmination of results from a series of preliminary competitions throughout Kitsap County. Visit Kitsap and Better Properties of Washington are major sponsors of the tournament.
