The Bremerton School District will host a public input meeting for the replacement of the new superintendent tomorrow at 5 p.m. in the board room.
“As the Board moves to select a Superintendent to lead the District, we would like to hear from you,” a statement on the district’s website states. “This will be an opportunity for you to provide input to the Board on: The direction you would like to see the District or schools go; suggestions or areas where you believe the District needs to improve; are our HOPE goals meeting the needs of the students and community?”
In order to comment, visitors are required to fill out a “Request to Address The Board of Directors” form to give to secretary Ioanna Cossack prior to the meeting. The public is also encouraged to offer feedback on any specific agenda item by raising their hand during discussion. Public comment is limited to five minutes.
Comments regarding staff or students are not acceptable during public meetings. Visitors are requested to contact the superintendent regarding complaints.
