Bremerton Marina to host cruise ship American Constellation at noon

Ship will be stopping by Thursday at noon for visitors to explore Bremerton and Port Orchard

The Bremerton Marina will once again host the American Cruise Lines’ American Constellation today at noon.

The ship will be stopping by for passengers to explore downtown Bremerton and Port Orchard.

“We’re thrilled that American Cruise Lines is making us one of their ports of call,” Director of Marine Facilities James Weaver said in a press release. “We think their passengers will enjoy seeing both downtown Bremerton and Port Orchard and look forward to our continued partnership.”

The American Constellation is a five deck, 267-foot long cruise ship that can hold more than 200 passengers. It has stopped in Bremerton twice this year already, and will be here again September 21 and October 9. Other stops on their Grand Puget Sound tour include Poulsbo, Port Townsend, Port Angeles, Friday Harbor, Anacortes, Tacoma and Seattle.
