Bremerton man dies in crash on Hwy. 305

A 28-year-old Bremerton man was killed early Saturday in a crash on Highway 305 just west of Agate Pass bridge.

Alex Bullard was eastbound when a car driven by a Mountlake Terrace man driving westbound reported turned in front of him, the Washington State Patrol reported.

The accident occurred at about 1:25 a.m. near milepost 8.

Bullard’s vehicle struck the side of the vehicle driven by David Tevlin, 64. The WSP reported Tevlin was charged with failure to yield.

Bullard died at the scene.

Tevlin and two passengers – Alfred Friday, 72, of Shoreline and Marilyn Tevlin, 80, also of MLT, were all injured and transported by aid car to St. Michael’s hospital.

Bullard’s vehicle was totalled. The head-on crash blocked the westbound lane.
