I’m writing to share my endorsement of Oran Root for Kitsap County commissioner. As a local business owner, community volunteer and advocate for struggling small businesses through Full Circle Meals, the project we created to feed those in need and support our local restaurants, I know firsthand the challenges our community and small businesses are facing.

In the weeks and months ahead, circumstances will likely worsen for many, and more than ever, we need a commissioner who will put South Kitsap first. Oran has the leadership skills and small business perspective that are needed to address the hard decisions ahead with an eye toward the best interests of taxpayers, small businesses and families.
