Letters from March 15, 2008

Thank you

Many years of great service

We are writing this letter on behalf of ourselves, our families and our friends who have been patients of Dr. Brian Miller for several years. We want everyone to know how much we appreciate him and all the staff at the Silverdale Group Health.

Dr. Miller delivered all of our children and then became their primary care physician as well. Our parents have also been patients.

Dr. Miller is always courteous, explains things clearly, listens intently and is never rushed. Every time we’ve been in the treatment room he makes us feel as if we’re his only patient, even if he is extremely busy. We absolutely love Dr. Miller and want to extend our gratification. We are so lucky to have him as our primary care provider for so many years (one of us almost 20).

Thank you Dr. Brian Miller and Group Health Cooperative for your years of excellent service and care.

Sports coverage

Keep up the good work

I have been so happy with the coverage of high school sports and activities in the CK Reporter! Keep up the good work on the Klahowya Eagles, CK Cougars and Olympic Trojans. The articles on wrestling this past winter were great. Thank you also for the story on Klahowya lacrosse in the March 8 issue. Thank you especially to Sports Editor Aaron Managhan! Your newspaper has become my paper of choice for high school coverage.

I am finally going to show my support by subscribing to the Reporter. I also am encouraging all parents of schoolchildren in the CK School District to subscribe to your fine newspaper. The only change I would recommend is to increase the number of issues per week. I know that is a big change to make and will require more subscribers and advertisers.

Finally, if you are a business owner that is a supporter of local youth and high school sports and activities, I encourage you to run some advertising in the Reporter.
