Albert MacArthur is the 2016 Port Orchard Independent Male Athlete of the Year. He scored the first receiving touchdown on South Kitsap High’s new football field. He finished second in both the long jump and triple jump in 2016 at the state track meet. And he has accepted a scholarship to continue competing in track and field at Utah Valley University.
