It’s summertime, officially it will be June 20, and that means construction time on Bainbridge Island and elsewhere. At left, framing goes up on an affordable housing development on Madison Avenue. Nearby, crews build a curb along Madison. That work will also include improved bicycle lanes. Motorists are advised to be cautious as construction work is taking place all over BI.
