Homeless count

A fuel tank truck rolled over off of Sandy Hook Road near Suquamish Jan. 12, resulting in minor injuries to the driver, and no leakage of the 2,200 gallons of heating fuel. Crews from the Poulsbo Fire Department and North Kitsap Fire & Rescue responded. Due to the complexity of the incident, limited access and potential for environmental impact, multiple local and state agencies are working to develop a plan for safe offload and recovery of the fuel and vehicle, PFD’s Facebook page says.
