POULSBO DREAM DINNERS PARTNERS WITH KCMT

On July 31, the Poulsbo Dream Dinners store will dedicate an open house to Kitsap Children’s Musical Theater (KCMT), the organization respected for producing family fun musical theater productions, from 6-8 p.m. KCMT provides a theatrical and educational foundation for Kitsap County kids.

The open house will mark Tony and Lori Durham’s five years in business at their Poulsbo Dream Dinners location. The open house will feature the children of KCMT singing songs from their upcoming production of “Willie Wonka.”

Also at the open house, the Durham’s will thank their customers and the community for supporting their business with activities, door prizes and 25 percent discounts that night.

Sound Equine Veterinary Hospital will host an open house from 4-6 p.m. July 19 at 5065 NE Lincoln Road in Poulsbo.

PENINSULA SERVICES ANNOUNCES 2008-2009 BOARD MEMBERS

Peninsula Services recently announced its 2008-09 board members: Jennie Lund-Chairperson, Diane Graham-Vice Chairperson, Phyllis Merhaut-Secretary, Helene Norman-Treasurer, Peggy Howland, SukHwa Kahl, Yvonne Manahan, Penny Pinckney, Charlotte Porter, Perry Ann Porter-Brown, Cathryn Richardson-Johns and Claudia Young.

The mission of Peninsula Services is to provide employment opportunities and work training to adults with disabilities. Peninsula Services exists for the purpose of providing social, vocational and life enriching experiences that allow persons the opportunity to grow, to achieve personal goals and to maximize their potential.
