BREMERTON — Charles Horton resigned Feb. 6 as president and publisher of Kitsap Sun.Horton’s last day with the Sun is March 15.

Horton, who became published in July 2009, will become publisher of the Odgen Standard-Examiner in Utah.

The 37-year-old Horton starts his career as the Sun’s circulation director in 2004. He replaced Mike Levi as publisher in 2005.
