The trophy was on display at the club 1-3 p.m. that day as part of the U.S. Golf Association’s trophy tour which displays the historic trophy at numerous locations across the county to kick off the 115th U.S. Open Championship which will be held June 18-21 at Chambers Bay in University Place.  The trophy lists winners from 1895-2014 and has room for possibly 29 more names. The original trophy was destroyed by fire in 1946 and the replacement was created in 1947. From left is Chris Keough
