A 22-year-old woman reported that someone had entered her Bremerton home when she was out for the day and stole a pack of cigarettes and packages of meat Sept. 12.

The woman reported at 6:17 p.m. that a burglary had occurred at her residence on Pennsylvania Avenue between 11:30 a.m. and 5 p.m.

She told an officer that she left the front door to her home unlocked.

When she returned, she noticed that a pack of cigarettes as well as about 2.5 pounds of beef and chicken were gone.

There were no witnesses and no evidence was left by the thief. The report was for information only.
