William G. Hubbell, 61

William Gerard Hubbell died June 22, 2006 in Bremerton. He was 61.

Hubbell was born in Seattle on April 30, 1945.

He married Theodora K. Gennaios on Nov. 6, 1966 in Petralona, Greece.

Hubbell graduated from Shorecrest High School in Shoreline.

He worked for Boeing and Lockheed at the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard until his retirement on April 29, 2005.

He served in the Army from 1963-66 and in the National Guard from 1971-77 attaining the rank of sergeant first class.

He enjoyed sailing, golf, fishing and traveling.

Hubbell is survived by his wife Theodora K. Hubbell of Bremerton; sons William (Debra) Hubbell of Shoreline and Hercules (Laura) Hubbell of Poulsbo; daughter Maria (Jim) Rose of Kingston; brothers Tom Hubbell of Edmonds, Joe Hubbell of Lynnwood and Steve (Roberta) Hubbell of Mukilteo; sisters April (Ronald) Barrett of Mountlake Terrace, Veronica Findley of Shoreline and Wylene (John) Lupo of Shoreline; and nine grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on June 24 at Saint Charles Anglican Church, 20295 Little Valley Road in Poulsbo.
