Cecilia was born in London, England on September 19, 1926.
Cecilia was preceded in death by her husband Ralph Bowers and her sister Ena Beauchamp.
She is survived by her daughter Kathryn Siegenthaler (Manfred), beloved granddaughters Christy Johnson (Dirk) and Lara Harlan (Steven) and great granddaughters Juliette and Vivian.
