Supports Seaquist for state House
Once you know my friend Larry Seaquist, you understand why he’s been called “the hardest-working person in the Legislature.”
He served as a Navy captain, including commanding officer of the USS Iowa, and served at the Pentagon shaping budget and national security strategy.
He worked with UNESCO, designing innovative conflict-prevention and community development strategies.
He worked with community and university leaders in Seattle/King County, Washington, D.C., and Columbus, Ohio, pioneering locally led community revitalization strategies.
He served four terms in the Washington House of Representatives, chaired the Higher Ed committee and served on the Appropriations Committee.
Larry knows how to work across the aisle and get things done. No surprise, he’s at work now with a plan. His Apple Action Agenda maps fully funded, fully functioning schools.
He’s a strong leader for our communities, a strong advocate and leader for our schools. From unfilled jobs, stagnant wages, to worker and veteran retraining, Larry realizes education is the engine for a strong Washington economy.
We need a hard-working legislator who understands complex issues and is dedicated to solving them. We need Larry Seaquist. I hope he has your vote. He certainly has mine.
