What is really happening within the North Kitsap School District when Rick Jones, superintendent, resigns early, and when Shawn Woodward and Aaron Leavell leave for other positions?

Essentially, the “top three” school leaders wanted out. Shawn wasn’t even granted an interview for the superintendent position! The answer must be that there is a school board that is meddling into decisions and actions outside of its realm.
