Kingston community center to host free community meal Jan. 11

Kingston’s Village Green Community Center will be hosting a free community meal on Friday, Jan. 11 from 5 to 6:30 p.m.
The event, sponsored by the Kingston Cove Yacht Club, Kingston Alehouse, Port of Kingston and Kingston Cares, will see visitors served up with spaghetti, marinara sauce, salad, beverages and a variety of desserts. Organizers said they encouraged visitors and residents alike to take a break from cooking and enjoy the company of friends and neighbors for a meal. An open gym and family games will also be available at the event.
The Village Green Community Center is located at 26159 Dulay Road NE in Kingston.
