Poulsbo City Council has better things to talk about

Regarding the Bainbridge Island City Council’s recent vote to ban the uncontrolled release of balloons into the sky:
Does not the City Council on Bainbridge have any thing better to do than talk about balloons? I am glad Poulsbo’s City Council has better things to talk about.
