Clear the way for justice

Love of country means many things including: Respecting the presidency of the United States, honoring our justice system, voting for a congress that will help bring about a positive change and regarding all countrymen and women and upholding the right for all citizens to vote without obstructions.

President Obama’s constitutional duty and right is to nominate a justice to fill a Supreme Court vacancy. Our Republican senate is obstructing justice by not even listening to a nominee. This act of divisiveness is unprecedented in our country. Our Supreme Court will not function properly until Justice Scalia’s vacancy is filled. Those that are obstructing justice should get out of the way and listen to President Obama’s nominee.
