Michelle Caldier is positive, personable

After hearing all of the negative things that have been said about Michelle Caldier, Republican for state representative Position 1, I wanted to share my personal experience.

On a Sunday, not too long ago, I was sitting with some of my family and about 20 friends and regulars, watching the Seahawks play. A group of people came in wearing the Seahawks colors but their shirts were endorsing a political candidate.

Soon, Caldier was walking around the bar introducing herself and handing out the coolest swag, Skittles and bracelets that match the color of my favorite team.

I really liked the way she made contact with people. She was so friendly and I felt that she was really just being herself and not trying to get votes. So many candidates come across as fake and in a hurry to get to the next person. I loved the fact that she was positive, so personable, and never even mentioned her opponent.

I feel that she stands on her own beliefs and merit instead of attacking the opposition. I’m so tired of all of the negative campaigning. That’s one of the main reasons I’m supporting Caldier.
