Silverdale real estate company expands team

Karin Kay Properties has added Art Conrad to its group of agents.

Conrad has 15 years of experience selling real estate in Kitsap County.

He joins his wife, Roni Conrad, at the firm where they will act as a team to meet the needs of their clients.

Conrad’s recipe for real estate success is a mix of strong analytical skills and computer skills combined with outstanding marketing and sales experience.

“My sisters and I grew up with our parents holding marketing meetings in our living room, so working in sales has always seemed natural for us,” he said. “Besides, as an extrovert….meeting people is the best part of my job.”
