Kitsap Bank promotes McKim

Kitsap Bank announced the promotion of Cindy McKim to vice president and loan review manager.

McKim has more than 24 years of banking experience and joined the bank in 2006 as a commercial loan specialist. In November 2008, she was promoted to assistant loan review officer.

In January 2010, she was promoted to assistant vice president, loan review  and one year later was promoted to vice President, loan review.

McKim graduated from the University of Washington’s Foster School of Business with an accounting degree.

“Loan review remains a key component to quality growth, and in this leadership role, Cindy will continue to ensure we maintain the highest quality credit portfolio,” stated Steve Politakis, chief executive officer. “She is a valuable team member and we are pleased to recognize her for her efforts with this promotion.”
