State disciplines local health care providers

POULSBO — The state Department of Health has taken disciplinary actions or withdrawn charges against the following health care providers in Kitsap County.

— In December, the Nursing Commission released registered nurse Steven E. Lickar (RN00083021) from terms and conditions set against his credential.

— In January, the Chemical Dependency Professional Program ended probation for chemical dependency professional trainee Reba Lee Harris (CO60154127).
