Road maintenance schedule
Published 9:48 am Friday, January 4, 2013
Kitsap County Public Works has listed multiple areas in central and south Kitsap County where road maintenance will be performed next week . The Jan. 7 through 11, listing is meant to give drivers advance warning of road maintenance and alert them to possible detours and delays.
Delays are measured in three ranks: up to five minutes, five to 10 minutes, and more than 10 minutes. For detours, the report will mention if a road is set to be closed or restricted.
While the report is updated in advance, Public Works warns that unforeseeable problems and last minute maintenance may cause detours or delays in areas that are not included in the report.
