Susan Perrott Coar of Kingston died July 22.
She was 54.
Coar was born Aug. 12, 1932, in Cincinnati, Ohio to Orrin and Elsie Perrott.
She earned a bachelor’s degree from Wittenberg University in Springfield, Ohio.
She and her family moved to Kingston in 1987.
She was a member of the Kingston Friends of the Library.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a daughter, Margaret Coar.
She is survived by her husband, Richard; sons Alan Coar of Chile, Kenneth (Jan) Coar of Bothell; daughter Kathleen (Robert) Stanford of Arlington; a sister Joan Frank of Vacaville, Calif.; nine grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. A celebration of Susan’s life will be held at 1 p.m. July 31 at Bethany Lutheran Church, 7968 Finch Road NE, Bainbridge Island.
