Sophia Leonard earns scholarship | School brief

North Kitsap High graduate Sophia Leonard earned a $1,500 renewable college scholarship from the Robert C. Byrd Honors Scholarship Program. The program is federally funded and state-administered and is given to the top 14 graduates from each of Washington state’s nine congressional districts.
