Bob Ulvila

Bob Ulvila, of Hansville, died Dec. 13. Bob was born to Richard and Laura (Moore) Ulvila on Nov. 4, 1927 in Seattle. He married Eleanor “Ellie” Lindsay on April 4, 1964 in Seattle. Bob served honorably in the U.S. Army from 1950-1952 and 1959-1962. He left the army as a sergeant. Bob was also a business owner and realtor. He was a member of the Sons of Norway, the Elks and numerous golf courses.
Bob loved his family and enjoyed golfing, RVing, skiing and camping. He was preceded in death by sisters, Jody and Betty and his brother, Fred. Bob is survived by his wife Ellie of Hansville; daughters, Debbie Crader of Kingston, Pam Roth (Steve) of Kingston, and Roberta Blanckaert (Jerry) of Las Vegas; grandchildren, Bill “Tig”, Amy, Garrett, Colton and Jake; great grandchildren, Jared and Alton. A private inurnment service will be held at Crown Hill Cemetery. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Memorial donations can be made to Hospice of Kitsap County, P.O. An online memorial can be seen at www.lewischapel.com. Arrangements are entrusted to the Poulsbo Mortuary. Bob was a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend. He will be missed by all who knew him. Bob is too well loved to be forgotten.
