Amy balances her many roles

Published 8:22 am Friday, October 23, 2009

We first met Amy Igloi-Matsuno and her husband Grant as customers in their Port Orchard waterfront restaurant. What began rather simply as an appreciation for good food and service in a beautiful local location quickly transitioned into a sharing of our mutual passions for the great foods and wines of the world.

As we got to know Amy better, we also discovered more about her interesting life story, including her commitment to successfully balancing her roles as wife, university student with a Seattle commute, and entrepreneur with her considerable investment of time and energy in our community.

She will provide leadership that promotes good balance between the preservation of Port Orchard’s natural beauty, small-town charm and the long-overdue upgrades and improvements that will help make our city a more friendly, comfortable, attractive place to live, work, shop and visit.

Without reservation, we proudly support Amy for Port Orchard City Council.
