Liberty Bay Internal Medicine is hosting a free training session with a diabetes educator from 3-4 p.m. Aug. 20, at 20696 Bond Road NE, at 20696 Bond Road NE, Ste. 205, Poulsbo.

Topics include living healthfully with diabetes and how insulin works.
